As a coach, Victor’s work centers on Empowerment with a focus on Start-Up Business Strategy & Community Leadership Development specifically for LGBT Creatives. Fulfillment for him arrives by developing others to unleash their potential through fearless personal growth and courageous action.
Victor also writes about sex, dating and relationships in the Pacific Northwest on his blog, My Boyfriend Wears Flannel where he’s discovered how the recruiting life-cycle is surprisingly similar to the modern day ritual of dating.

Originally from Southern California, Michael Kidd is a music producer and songwriter who owns Seattle based production company SOUNDCHECK MUSIK. He has worked and written for several music producers like Vitamin D, Cuddie Fresh along with several others.
Before producing, he was a DJ for several major clubs, has done mix shows for some of SoCal's major radio stations and owned half of The Rhythm Factory (based in the Inland Empire). He now produces dance and R&B music for several up and coming artists in the local Seattle music scene. Michael is most notably known for producing the last hit single of Seattle-artist, Heather Gin.

An award winning designer, Herman has been in the graphic design industry for over 4 years now and loves every minute of it. He has done a wide range of projects from branding small to mid-size businesses in addition to creating illustrations for community based events. Outside of designing, Herman loves doing karaoke, running 5ks, and getting his nerd on by reading comic books.

group. Jonathan has become the go-to guy for a wide variety of clients,
evolving his company into an elite source for design. Starting with interior design, then expanding into event design and visual media. Jonathan believes one of the best ways to break down barriers is to be yourself but also be open to new ideas, experiences and new processes in our fast and ever changing community.

Elayne is an workplace equality educator and social justice advocate for the LGBTQ community and also a writer and
producer of film. In 2012, she helped found Gender Justice League (GJL), a Washington-based organization dedicated to empowering transgender people and their allies to fight oppression and achieve equal human rights.
Trained in cinematic storytelling at the UW, she has several television and feature film credits to her name including Production Manager in Shawn Telford's indie-hit "BFE".
DANIEL W.K. LEE

Daniel W.K. Lee is a recent Seattle transplant and jack of many trades. He blogs at danielextra.net, Obscene Vegan, and is a sex/relationship “Wiseguy” at EmandLo.com. He is also currently working on getting his poetry manuscript published. Daniel is also an activist focusing on environmental and social justice having served as a political campaign manager in New York City, co-chair of the Manhattan Greens, and in other capacities, and is now involved with the Green Party of Washington.

Aaron moved to Seattle in 2006 from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has been actively involved in the LGBTQ community since 1992 when he came out of he closet. He began his career in higher education in 1995 and has worked to ensure access to education and to create safe zones for minority students. He has a background in American studies, political science, and public administration.
In 2012, he was awarded the University of Washington Bonderman Fellowship and spent 2013 traveling the world. He is currently writing his first book about his experiences negotiating his gender identity as a survivor of testicular cancer. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, writing, photography, getting in a good workout, and football.
Janet Lee is a real estate broker, investor and business manager with over 14 years of experience in residential real estate, construction, renewable energy and operations development. Janet has been an active participant for organizations such as: Community Consulting Partnership, Life Enrichment Options, and Youth for Understanding USA. She has served on the Board of the Austin Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, as Economic Development Advisor and is passionate about business development amongst minority groups and strategic relationship building. When Janet is not working, you'll find her spending time with her 2 littles or working on her creative ventures.
